If a damage occurs, who calls it in to 811? A. Only the person responsible for the damage B. Anyone that is affected by the damage C. Only the person that called in the locate request for that job

If a damage occurs, who calls it in to 811? A. B. and C. And the correct answer is Any witness to a damage, whether they called in the locate request or not is encouraged to contact the utility that was affected and call 811 to have a damage ticket issued.

Alert workers to the heat index anticipated for the day and identify each precaution in place at the work site to reduce the risk of heat-related illness Provide plenty of cool drinking water and disposable cups Actively encourage workers to drink small amounts of water often Establish and enforce work/rest schedules Set up a buddy system Maintain effective communication with your crew at all times Encourage workers to wear sunscreen and use other protections from direct sunlight

She works from home. It was inconveniencing but repaired quickly and she thanks you!
