General Training Terms and Conditions Each training package includes lecture and exercise manuals, use of computers for hands-on exercises, one training data CD, certificate and/or letter of attendance. All course materials will be provided in the training venue. Standard timing daily is 8 AM - 2 PM. Food and Beverage Snacks and lunch meals are provided in the training venue. Registration Procedure 1. You need a mygistec account to register for a course. If you don t have an account, sign up today at my.gistec.com 2. Log in to your mygistec account and go to TRAINING. 3. Select the course title and date, and click SUBMIT. 4. Please wait for the follow up email from gistec training regarding the status of your registration and payment details. Note: registration is not complete without a signed PO or payment settlement. Cancellation & Substitution Policies If you register but are unable to attend, another person may attend in your behalf at no extra cost. Registered participant who provides written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before course commencement shall receive a full refund less AED 1,100 cancellation fee. Full course fees will be charged to students who cancel 13 days or less before the class date or who fail to appear for the class.
