I geeral case research of stability ad parametric vibratios is coected with may mathematical difficulties. For this reaso we propose approach based o applicatio of R-fuctios theory ad variatioal methods (RFM).The developed method takes ito accout pre-buckle stress state of the plate. From preseted review it follows that bucklig problems with o-uiform pre-buckle stress state are of special iterest. There are few works i which vibratio bucklig ad parametric istability behavior of a lamiated plate with iteral cutouts were studied []ets.
