About STI-Gigaku 2017 国際会議 2 nd S T I - G i g a k u 2 0 1 7 2 n d International Conference of Science of Technology Innovation 2017 Outline: Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) has been firmly collaborating with the National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) in Japan, domestic and foreign universities. NUT is driving the Tri-Institutional Collaborative / Cooperative Educational Reform Project with Toyohashi University of Technology (TUT) and KOSEN, and also promoting Educational research based on Science of Technology Innovation and GIGAKU Techno Park (GTP ). STI-GIGAKU 2017 not only aims at transmitting the Educational research achievements of the collaborative / cooperative reform project, furthermore, we also would like to hold this conference for sharing its achievements with all the s, faculty s and the parties who are concerned in cultivation of further world-wide networks toward future educational research. STI-GIGAKU 2017 especially encourages s to discuss issues such as energy, climate change, poverty, and hunger based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (17 goals and 169 targets) which the United Nations has adopted in the 2030 agenda last year. Continuing ourselves in engaging progress from previous STI-Gigaku conference, we are bound to organize this conference aiming to find solutions to the above targeted goals for sustainable development through discussions. This international conference will be mainly conducted with various programs including poster presentations, workshop and facility tour. Moreover, presentations related to educational research achievements and panel discussions for faculty s will be programed as side events. Thank you for your participation and continued support. (3) Award The excellent presentation which would heighten concerns of the audience will be granted an award. (4) Suggestions and others Please be sure that the contents of your presentation are checked by your adviser. The research which still is in the planning stages, one which in the middle of the researching process, or just an idea may also be presented.
