Components and Functions Coil feeding equipment: Consists of one uncloiler, with a capacity of 6,000 lbs. and its base. The steel sheet is manually fed to the leveling equipment first, then being fed to the forming System being pulled by the forming rollers passively. Roll Forming System 1) Main rollers of this linen are made by Cr12 mold steel material, all treated by full CNC precession machines, surface is quench treated, therefore the roller has very good rigidity, the sheet made by it has better quality and precision profile. The roller shaft is made by high quality No. 45 steel. 2) Adjust the space ring between rollers manually when changing size. 3) Adjust the screw pole manually to adjust the distance between upper and lower rollers to form different thickness product. Hydraulic Post-forming cutting Equipment 1) The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically.
