Degrees Highlights During the 2006-2007 reporting year: ECU awarded 4,967 degrees; of these, 3,471 were bachelorʼs degrees. The 1,496 graduate degrees included 59 doctorates, 60 medical doctor degrees, and 1,377 masterʼs level degrees (p.84). The College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Business, and the College of Education together conferred 48% of all degrees (p. 84). Minority students (including American Indian, Asian, Black Non-Hispanic, and Hispanic) earned 17% of the undergraduate degrees, 15% of the graduate degrees (excluding medical doctor degrees), and 37% of the medical doctor degrees conferred during the 2006-2007 reporting year (p. 85).
