Implementation Status and Key Decisions During the project implementation support mission of February 21 to 23, 2018, the MEH in coordination with MPCI has committed to accelerate the completion of the disbursement conditions of the project, namely : (i) the approval of the project implementation manual (PIM); (ii) the adoption of the independent security of dams study; and (iii) the completion of the ESIA/ESMF for the booster station and additional water processing line including water tank at Yessoulou; and distribution network.
