Sipa Resources Limited ABN 26 009 448 980 Aims of Diamond Drilling Programme Achieved The copper sulphide chalcopyrite, intersected in each of three holes, at two locations at Enigma: best copper intersection - 63 metres @ 1.1% Cu in altered sandstone in THD012 chalcopyrite intersected intermittently, over 288 metres in altered dolomite in THD014 analytical results from scissor hole THD013 received and substantiate THD012 precollar intersection Down Hole Electromagnetic surveying to be completed before planning new holes Sipa is pleased to announce that three diamond drillholes for 410.9 metres of RC precollar and 941.6 metres of core, including PQ, HQ and NQ sizes, have been completed at two Sub-prospects within the very large Enigma Secondary Copper Blanket at our 100%-owned Thaduna Copper Project in Western Australia s Gascoyne Region. The aim of the drill programme was to discover substantial thicknesses of primary copper sulphides which may be part of the source, or sources, of the extensive some 5 kilometres by up to 2 kilometres Secondary Copper Blanket, part of which is shown on Figure 1. We believe that this aim has now been achieved in two areas about 1.5 kilometres apart. Holes THD012 and 013 to the northeast and THD014 to the southwest (see Figure 1 Plan and Figures 2 & 3 Cross Sections). Analytical results for all of holes THD012 and 013 have been received, as have results from the precollar of THD014. The core from THD014 is still being cut. Significant results are: THD012 precollar 63m @ 1.1% Cu from 90m (reported 2 September 2013) THD013 core 29m @ 1.1% Cu from 82m, followed by 11m @ 0.2% Cu from 120m, 8m @ 0.3% Cu from 135m & 6m @ 0.4% Cu from 146m thus confirming the THD012 precollar intersection. THD014 precollar - 18m @ 0.8% Cu from 55m, including 5m @ 1.9% Cu from 56m, within the Enigma Secondary Copper Blanket (note that the core is still being cut).
Sipa Resources Limited 23 September 2013 2 THD012 was a precollared diamond drill hole aimed to the northeast to intersect an interpreted northwest southeast trending structure, thought to control secondary copper mineralisation in holes THR3322, 3390, 3386 and 3332 (see Figure 2). THD012 intersected 63 metres grading 1.1% copper in it s precollar. THD013 was a scissor hole designed to obtain core through the mid point of the THD012 precollar intersection. It intersected copper mineralisation from 69 metres to 152 metres, thus confirming the 63 metre intersection in THD012 precollar. The 29 metres from 82 metres in THD013, that averaged 1.1% Cu, also averaged 650 ppm Ni (maximum 3,440), 529 ppm Co (max. 4,180), 0.8 ppm Ag (max. 7.1) and 667 ppm Zn (max. 5,400), thus also confirming the emerging strong, and somewhat unusual, metal associations at Enigma. The partially oxidised sulphide mineralisation in the core of THD013, and in the RC chips of THD012, is very fine grained and is hosted by variably oxidised, altered and brecciated sandstone, and hence is difficult to identify visually. Whilst microscope identification (mineragraphy) is awaited, the metal (both copper and iron) to sulphur ratios are consistent with the dominant copper sulphide present to be chalcopyrite. In addition, lesser supergene sulphides bornite and chalcocite, along with cuprite (a copper oxide) are also likely present, and are probably the result of oxidation of chalcopyrite. THD014 was a precollared diamond drill hole, aimed to the north, to intersect both northwest southeast and northeast southwest structures, thought as likely controls on secondary copper mineralisation in holes THR3490, 3532, 3491 and 3531 (see Figure 2). THD014 was precollared to 157 metres and then cored first by PQ, followed by HQ and then finished NQ at 568 metres. Fresh chalcopyrite was first logged between 278 metres and 289 metres, then in more extensive zones from 346 metres to 566 metres. The chalcopyrite occurs as blebs (some as large as 7mm) and fine disseminations, in variably altered (silicified and bleached) and deformed dolomite and in quartzcarbonate, chert and chlorite veins and stringers, and in carbonaceous stringers within the altered dolomite. Lesser pyrite is associated with the chalcopyrite. Whilst no metre samples of cut core are likely to return percent levels of copper in THD014, the alteration and widespread primary copper sulphide mineralisation between 278 metres and end of hole some 288 metres - is the best indication to date, in fresh unweathered rock, of the very large primary copper mineralised system that we are searching for. The next phase of exploration at Enigma will be down hole Electromagnetic geophysical surveying (DHEM) of holes THD 012, 013 and 014. DHEM is used to attempt to detect electrically conductive sulphide bodies, within say 100 metres of the hole being surveyed. Such information can be critical in the planning of the next holes at Enigma.
