1 Relativity Integratin Pints Relativity Integratin Pints ffers a slutin t cnfigure integratins frm third party systems t Relativity bjects. Interested develpers can create a separate ADS applicatin t pull data frm a third party system surce prvider. Integratin Pints ingests that applicatin t handle the scheduling, set up, field mapping, and actual imprt int Relativity. By using the Integratin Pints platfrm, develpers can reduce the amunt f time needed t create these custm integratins while end users receive a cnsistent and easy set up apprach. In additin t supprting develper-built custm integratins, Integratin Pints als prvides a built-in integratin t Lightweight Directry Access Prtcl (LDAP) enabled HR servers such as Micrsft Active Directry. Built n the Integratin Pints platfrm, the LDAP integratin can filter and schedule imprts frm Active Directry data int a Relativity wrkspace. Fr example, the wrkstatins, emplyee names, data shares, etc. Relativity Integratin Pints is als integrated with the Relativity ECA and Investigatin applicatin, which can help yu quickly assess risk and make infrmed decisins abut yur data at the earliest stages f a case r investigatin. See Relativity ECA and Investigatin. Nte: Yu can lcate an applicatin's versin number by navigating t Applicatins & Scripts > Applicatin Library tab. They mentin t yu that they wuld lve t have this same infrmatin available in their Relativity wrkspaces t tie their dcument review t specific case infrmatin. Yu use Whaztie's APIs t build a simple Relativity applicatin t cnnect t a Whaztie website withut building any imprt r setup steps. Yu give the applicatin t yur client alng with Integratin Pints fr them t install in a wrkspace. They can use all the security, scheduling, setup, and imprt ptins available in Integratin Pints alng with the Whaztie cnnectin t set up multiple imprts that bring Whaztie data int their Relativity wrkspace. Using Integratin Pints as an end user Yu re the litigatin supprt prfessinal respnsible fr setting up wrk flws and templates t help manage yur cmpany s legal hld prcedure using Relativity Legal Hld. Yu want t ensure that all custdian infrmatin is kept up-t-date s that hlds always g t the crrect email address and that the litigatin team is aware f custdians wh have changed departments r left the cmpany. Unfrtunately, all f the custdian infrmatin is scattered acrss multiple cmpany HR servers cntaining unnecessary cmputer and netwrk data. T slve this prblem, yu use the Integratin Pints set up wizard t cnfigure new integratins t each HR server, mapping items t specific Relativity fields. Yu wrk with yur team t cnfigure a filter in each setup s that nly the apprpriate emplyees are brught in as Custdians and schedule the imprt t ccur autmatically each night during ff-hurs. result, yur custdian address bk is always up-t-date, ensuring that prper litigatin wrk flws are fllwed with every custdian. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 6

2 Installing Integratin Pints T successfully use Relativity Integratin Pints, yu need t install the Integratin Pints applicatin t at least ne wrkspace. Nte: Cntact Relativity Supprt t btain the Integratin Pints applicatin. Use the fllwing prcedures t install Integratin Pints: 1. Install Integratin Pints frm either the Applicatin Library r an external file. See Installing Integratin Pints belw. 2. Add the Integratin Pints agent. See Adding the Integratin Pints agent belw. 3. Access Integratin Pints. See Accessing Integratin Pints n the next page. 2.1 System requirements and specificatins Yu must have the fllwing in rder t use Integratin Pints: Integratin Pints 1.2 is nly cmpatible with Relativity 9.3. As such, Integratin Pints has the same system requirements as its cmpatible Relativity versin. Fr mre infrmatin, see the System Requirements guide. Relativity Integratin Pints requires a Windws authenticated Web API path specified in the cnfiguratin table. If yu're currently nly using frms authenticatin, yu need t create a new Relativity site. Fr mre infrmatin, see Authenticatin in the Admin guide. 2.2 Installing Integratin Pints Since Integratin Pints uses the ADS framewrk, yu have the fllwing ptins available fr installing Integratin Pints in yur envirnment. See Relativity Applicatins in the Admin guide. Install Integratin Pints frm the Applicatin Library - If yu add the Integratin Pints applicatin t the Applicatin Library, yu can install it t the current wrkspace, r t multiple wrkspaces at nce, frm the Applicatin Library. Install Integratin Pints frm an external file - Yu can imprt the Integratin Pints applicatin int yur wrkspace frm an external file if it hasn't been added t the Applicatin Library. 2.3 Adding the Integratin Pints agent After yu install Integratin Pints, add the Integratin Pints Agent by ging t the Agents tab and clicking New Agent. Add ne Relativity Integratin Pints Agent per Resurce Pl. See Applicatin-specific agents in the Agents guide fr mre infrmatin. Verify the Enable clumn displays Yes fr the Relativity Integratin Pints Agent. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 7

2.4 Accessing Integratin Pints Once yu've installed Integratin Pints, yu shuld see the fllwing Integratin Pints applicatin tab in yur wrkspace: Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 8

3 Creating an integratin pint 3.1 Creating an integratin pint T create an integratin pint: 1. Frm the Integratin Pint tab, click New Integratin Pint. 2. Cmplete the fields in the (1) Set Integratin Details wizard layut. See the Set Integratin Details layut fields belw. 3. Click Next. 4. Cmplete the fields in the (2) Cnnect t Surce wizard layut. Here, yu can enter the settings required t cnnect t the surce prvider (third party system). See the Cnnect t Surce layut fields n page 12. 5. Click Next. Integratin Pints attempts t cnnect t the specified surce using the settings yu input. 6. Map the attributes r fields returned frm the selected surce prvider with the crrespnding Relativity field in the (3) Map Fields wizard. See Map Fields n page 13. 7. When yu're finished mapping, click Save. The integratin pint is nw scheduled t run. Fr infrmatin abut a jb statuses, see Mnitring an integratin pint n page 16. 3.2 Set Integratin Details layut fields The (1) Set Integratin Details layut cntains the fllwing fields: Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 9

General Integratin Name - the name f yur integratin fr reference purpses. Overwrite - select ne f the fllwing ptins t cntrl hw Integratin Pints treats existing Relativity bject data upn imprt. Append/Overlay - adds new recrds and verlays data n existing recrds. Append - lads nly new recrds. Pre-existing recrds aren't updated. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 10

Overlay Only - updates existing recrds nly. Recrds nt existing in Relativity aren't created. Yu must include a wrkspace identifier in an verlay lad, as this field acts as a link indicating t Integratin Pints where t imprt the data. Email Ntificatin Recipients - Integratin Pints will send a ntificatin t the entered email address(es), detailing whether the Integratin Pint sync succeeded r failed. Use semi clns between addresses. Lg Errrs - select Yes r N t dente whether Integratin Pints tracks item level errrs. If yu select Yes, each Jb Histry entry will als lg any item level errrs. Fr example, a fixed length text field nt being large enugh t cntain an imprted value. If yu select N, Integratin Pints wn't lg these item level errrs. Regardless f yur selectin, jb-level errrs are always recrded in each Jb Histry entry. Fr example, the imprt abrts due t a cnnectin failure. See Mnitring an integratin pint n page 16. Integratin Surce Prvider - All pssible third party systems that yu can imprt data frm. As develpers build and add new custm integratins, this list will grw. Destinatin RDO - the Relativity Dynamic Object (RDO) where yu want t imprt the data. Imprt Scheduling Enable Scheduler - select Yes t enable the scheduling functinality fr this integratin. Yu must enable the scheduler fr any kind f imprt t ccur. See Disabling an Integratin Pint sync n page 14. Frequency - the interval at which Integratin Pints syncs. Daily - select this ptin t sync nce every day. Weekly - select the day(s) that yu want Integratin Pints t sync nce every day. Reccur - enter the number f week(s) in which Integratin Pints recurrently syncs. Mnthly - select the day f the mnth that yu want Integratin Pint t sync nce every mnth. Reccur - enter the number f mnth(s) in which Integratin Pints recurrently syncs. Send On Day _ the mnth - select the day f the mnth that yu want Integratin Pints t sync. The f the Mnth - select this ptin fr Integratin Pints t sync n the chsen day f every mnth. Fr example, "The Secnd Friday f the mnth." Start Date - the date that yu want Integratin Pints t start syncing the data. End Date - (Optinal) the date that yu want Integratin Pints t stp syncing the data. Leaving the End Date blank causes the Integratin Pint t run indefinitely at the scheduled interval. Scheduled Time - the time at which Integratin Pints syncs. 3.3 Cnnect t Surce layut fields Integratin Pints includes a built-in sync t LDAP-enabled HR servers. If yu selected the LDAP surce prvider in the (1) Set Integratin Details layut, the (2) Cnnect t Surce layut cntains the fllwing fields: Nte: Every custm integratin cntains a different set f fields r settings fr hw t cnnect t that specific third party system. As a result, yu may see different cnnectin settings than the nes shwn here. Cnnectin Path - the server used t lcate the directry. Fr example, Relativity.crp. Nte that yu can ptinally include specific rganizatinal unit references by adding a frward slash (/) after the server. The fllwing example lks up items in the Relativity.crp dmain within the Emplyees rganizatinal unit: Relativity.crp/OU=Emplyees,OU=Accunts,OU=Relativity,DC=Relativity,DC=crp Object Filter String - This string specifies certain attributes that the requested LDAP entries must cntain that Integratin Pints cnsiders fr imprt. Fr mre infrmatin n search filter syntax, refer t this Micrsft article: https://msdn.micrsft.cm/en-us/library/aa746475(v=vs.85).aspx Authenticatin - select n f the fllwing authenticatin types. FastBind is typically the standard authenticatin ptin used t cnnect t LDAP-enabled data surces. Annymus Encryptin FastBind Secure Scket Layer Username - if required by the server s authenticatin, enter a user name t cnnect t the server (cnnectin path). Passwrd - if required by the server s authenticatin, yu can enter a passwrd t cnnect t the server (cnnectin path). Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 12

Imprt Nested Items - select Yes fr the imprt t include all sub directries in the specified cnnectin path. Select N fr the imprt t include nly the first level items brught back in the cnnectin path. 3.4 Map Fields The (3) Map Fields wizard cntains a list f Relativity fields frm their destinatin RDO as well as attributes that the surce prvider pulled back. Map the attributes r fields s that Integratin Pints imprts the targeted data int specific Relativity fields. Use the Shift + click and Ctrl + click methd t select multiple fields at a time, similar t field mapping in the Relativity Desktp Client. Use the single and duble arrws r duble-click a field t mve selected fields between clumns. Nte: Yu dn t need t map all attributes r fields. Only the Unique Identifier and Object Identifier are required. The Unique Identifier shuld cntain a value that n ther item in the wrkspace cntains. Fr example, use the GUID r Unique Name. The Object Identifier is the specific field n the bject that hlds the displayed identifier, which might nt be unique. Fr example, the Full Name field is the Object Identifier f the Custdian RDO but it might nt be unique. These tw identifier values can be the same. The fllwing Imprt Settings are als available, depending n yur Integratin Details settings: Unique Identifier fr every imprt, yu must select a Relativity field that ends up cntaining the unique identifier fr the specific imprt. If yu select an Overlay r Append/Overlay t run, Integratin Pints uses this field as the key t determine which recrds already exist in the Relativity wrkspace. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 13

Parent Attribute this setting is nly visible if the current imprt is imprting int a Relativity bject that cntains a Parent RDO. If a Parent RDO exists n the bject, yu can select a specific attribute frm the surce prvider that cntains the Parent RDO unique name. Imprt Native Files - this Yes/N field is nly visible when yu select the Dcuments RDO, and indicates whether Integratin Pints shuld imprt any native files in the sync. Native File Path - this field appears if yu select Yes t imprt the native files. Frm the drp-dwn menu, select the surce prvider attribute cntaining the file path links t the natives that yu want t imprt. Custdian Manager Cntains Link - this Yes/N field is nly visible when yu select the Custdian RDO frm the LDAP surce prvider, and indicates if Legal Hld shuld expect a linked value in the manager field frm LDAP. 3.5 Manually running an integratin pint Once yu've created an Integratin Pint, yu can manually run an integratin pint by selecting the Integratin Pint, and clicking Imprt Nw frm the cnsle. This lets yu run an integratin pint instantly, as ppsed t scheduling an integratin pint t run. 3.6 Disabling an Integratin Pint sync T disable an integratin pint sync, simply turn ff the scheduler. 1. Frm the Integratin Pints landing page, click the Integratin Pint Name that yu wish t disable. 2. Click Edit. 3. Frm the Imprt Scheduling sectin under Enable Scheduler, select the N radi buttn. 4 Mnitring an integratin pint After yu create an integratin pint and initiate the imprt prcess, yu can mnitr the jb status n the Jb Histry tab. This tab lists an entry fr each integratin pint jb, and als prvides yu with the ability t view additinal details fr a specific jb. The Jb Histry tab lists the fllwing infrmatin that yu can use t mnitr the status f an integratin pint jb: Name - the name fr a specific jb run by the integratin pint. Integratin Pint - the name f the integratin pint used t run the jb. Jb Status - the current status f an integratin pint jb. The fllwing jb statuses are available: [blank] - the jb hasn't started r wasn't run. Pending - the jb has been submitted but an agent hasn't picked it up, s the imprt prcess hasn't started. Prcessing - the jb is currently running. Errr - Jb Failed - a jb-level errr ccurred and the imprt wasn't cmpleted. The integratin pint may have been able t imprt sme f the recrds befre the errr ccurred. Cmpleted with Errrs - the imprt jb cmpleted but at least ne item-level errr ccurred. If yu set the Lg Errrs field t Yes fr the integratin pint, yu can view the item-level errrs in the sectin called Jb Histry Errrs n the Jb Details layut. See Viewing jb histry details n the next page. Cmpleted - the imprt jb cmpleted withut any item-level errrs. Recrds Imprted - the number f recrds successfully imprted when the jb ran. Recrds with Errrs - the number f recrds that the integratin pint failed t imprt due t itemlevel errrs. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 16

Start Time (UTC) - the date and time that a jb started running in Crdinated Universal Time (UTC). 4.1 Viewing jb histry details T view additinal histry infrmatin, click the name f a specific jb listed n the Jb Histry tab. The Jb Details layut displays basic jb infrmatin, imprt statistics, and a detailed list f errrs. The Jb Histry Errr sectin always lgs jb-level errrs. If yu set the Lg Errrs field t Yes, then it als lgs item-level errrs. See Creating an integratin pint n page 9. The Jb Details layut includes many f the same fields displayed n the Jb Histry tab. The fllwing list includes the additinal fields displayed in this layut: End Time (UTC) - the date and time that a jb cmpleted in UTC. Surce Unique ID - the unique identifier fr the recrd in the surce that caused an errr. Errr - a brief descriptin f the errr that ccurred. Timestamp - the date and time that a jb errr ccurred in UTC. Errr Type - indicates whether the errr ccurred at the jb r item level. Relativity Integratin Pints Guide 17
