Implementation Status and Key Decisions Although some of the Project Implementation Unit had been recruited with some delay, all the personnel are now on board and project implementation is on track. Thanks to the fiduciary staff who have been mutualized with the Regional Sahel Pastoralism Support Project (PRAPS-BF) and coordinator who have been on board at the onset, several activities have been or are being carried out. It is expected that the first micro-projects start before end December 2018, while the business plans commencement is expected for the second year (2019).
