I troductio The most efficie t ay to admi ister a eb-based survey to arge numbers of students is through the school s computer lab(s), library, media room, or other area here arge groups of computers are avai ab e. Schoo perso e shou d orga ize the stude ts i to groups hose size is based o the umber of avai ab e computers (i.e. if the computer ab has 25 computers the stude ts shou d be brought to the ab i groups of 25). Orga ize the stude t groups based o hat makes the best ogistica se se for their particu ar situatio (i.e. by homeroom, c assroom, etc.) a d he to schedu e the survey (exte ded homeroom, c ass, etc.).

I itia izi g Computers Before a group of stude ts is brought to the ab each computer i the ab must be i itia ized by the Computer Lab Perso e /Teacher/Mo itor/etc. The fo o i g steps eed to be take i order to i itia ize the survey. Start up the computer s browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Make sure the bro ser is set to fu scree (i.e. maximized).
