PRODUCTION During the latter part of April and early part of May, 1986, Lac Minerals (Macassa Division) initiated a program of linecutting and ground magnetometer on its property located in Teck Twp., Larder Lake mining division. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The survey was conducted over one claim: L#42970 LOCATION AND ACCESS The property is located approximately two miles south of the town of Kirkland Lake. Highway 112 traverses the entire claim. PREVIOUS WORK The Township of Teck has been mapped by various OGS personnel from 1923-1944. No evidence of old prospector pits or trenches were noted. The property was surveyed as part of a revised Airborne EM and Mag survey in 1979 sponsored by the OGS KLIP program (Map P.2263B). GENERAL GEOLOGY The property is underlain by an assemblage of intermediate to basic volcanic flows and related pyroclastics. The assemblage has been intruded by an ultramafic or diabase sill. LINECUTTING PROGRAM Prior to starting the survey a baseline and crosslines were cut over the property. The baseline was cut 10 0 wejst of north and

. -2- crosslines established at right angles at 400' intervals. All cut lines were chained and picketed with 100' stations, A total of 1.1 miles of grid was established in this manner. I-'AONETCI-'ET?R. SURVEY The survey was conducted with a Barringer GM122 Proton Fagnetometer through contract with Jomi Minerals and Expediting Ltd.. Readings were taken every 50* and a base station established at the baseline on line O to correct for diurnal drift, OBSERVATION The magnetic variations were contoured in 1000 gamma increments and the background was established at 5&000 to 5##00. Anomalous readings were noted in the northern section of the property with gains of up to 50CO gamnas. The magnetically anomalous area conforms to the magnetic high shown on the government Airborne map F2263B. CONCLUSION Numerous outcrops were noted in the magnetically anomalous area and general prospecting including removal of moss should help explain the high magnetics.

QUALIFICATION I, Leslie T'ichael Dyment have been working in mineral exploration since I960. I completed the two year course at Haileybury School of Mnes in 1965. I was employed by various mining companies from 1960-1974. I have been an independent exploration contractor since 1974*
