I n order to reach as many children as p o s s i b l e, we felt the best w a y t o d o t h i s was to develop a programme t h a t c o u l d be i n c l u d e d in t h e everyd a y life of a school a n d delivered b y t h e t e a c h e r s. T h i s programme would have t o t i c k b o x e s, as teac h e r s are s o b u s y ful f i l l i n g t h e ne e d s o f t h e c u r r i c u l u m t h a t it would not work if w e t h e n e x p e c t e d t h e m t o deliver t h i s programme ou t wi t h t h e i r m a n y commitments! An o t h e r r e q u i r e m e n t o f t h e progr a m m e woul d b e s implicity! E a s y t o use lesso n s a n d t h e reso u r c e s. To meet this r e q u i r e m e n t, we d e v e l o p e d t h e t r a i n i n g f o r t e a c h e r s, t h e Lesson Plans with a i m s, l e a r n i n g o u t c o m e s a n d easy t o r e a d g u i d e l i n e s.
