(staked in December 2014) The TCH and Bay d Espoir Highway both transect the claim group Altius claim block A series of woods roads and trails provides excellent access to the claims 3

Moosehead Project > Physiography 5

Moosehead Project > Exploration History 1989-90: Noranda staked 437 claims covering Altius current property following the release of lake sediment geochemistry results by the NLDME (Open File 2E/0563, Davenport and Nolan). Noranda carried out mapping, prospecting, soil sampling, till sampling, lake bottom sediment sampling, line cutting, ground geophysics (magnetics, IP, and VLF-EM). 149 g/t Au North Pond 17 g/t Au 10 g/t Au Discovery of several angular quartz boulders assaying up to 149 g/t Au, and 56.3 g/t Ag. South Pond Discouraging results from 3 widely spaced drill holes; property was allowed to lapse. 6

Moosehead Project > Exploration History 1994-96: Cape Broyle Exploration Ltd. staked the ground and optioned it to Royal Oak Mines Inc., who conducted additional soil and till surveys, and 652 metres of diamond drilling in 7 holes. Soil geochemistry anomalies up to 315 ppb Au. MH96-05: intersected a 10 cm wide, sulphosalt-bearing quartz vein that assayed 259 g/t (7.57 oz/t) Au. 1997-98: Altius Minerals Corporation acquired the property and carried out prospecting, mapping, till pit sampling/gold grain analysis, soil sampling, linecutting, and ground geophysical surveys (magnetics, VLF-EM, and dipole-dipole IP). 7

Moosehead Project > Exploration History Brian Dalton completed an undergraduate honours dissertation at Memorial University designed to characterize the mineralization at Moosehead. This included petrography, fluid inclusion studies, and isotope studies of samples taken from boulders, bedrock and drill core. Higher grade mineralization (up to 442 g/t Au) typically occurs in association with sulphosalt minerals (bournonite & boulangerite), galena, sphalerite, covellite, and pyrite. Concluded that mineralization is lowsulphidation epithermal style. 8

Moosehead Project > Exploration History 1999: Teck Exploration Ltd. optioned the property from Altius and carried out line cutting, an IP survey, and 756 meters of diamond drilling in 7 holes. 2001-2004: Sudbury Contact Mines (Agnico Eagle) optioned the property from Altius and carried out several phases of exploration, including over 9000 metres of diamond drilling in 91 holes. No more major work programs and the claims were allowed to lapse in 2014. Re-staked by Altius in December 2014. 9

613000mE 614000mE 615000mE Moosehead Project > Historic Drilling & Soil Sampling Diamond drilling was generally focused within an area 1 km long by 500 metres wide. N The rest of the property remains virtually untested by drilling. 5429000mN 5428000mN 5427000mN 10

Moosehead Project > Diamond Drilling 278 g/t Au over 0.5m at 257 metres A total of 111 diamond drill holes have been completed on the property. Only 22 of these have reached a vertical depth of >100 metres (and only ONE >200 metres). The only deep hole intersected 278 g/t Au over 0.5m at a hole depth of 257 metres. 11

Moosehead Project > Fluid Inclusion Study (Conliffe & Wilton, 2009) Identified four different sets of quartz veins: V1 early quartz-carbonate veins, which may be related to the regional folding event (may contain elevated gold values) V2 texturally complex, mineralized veins which postdate the regional folding event; these veins consist of at least four generations of quartz (Q1 to Q4) V3 and V4 late stage quartz-carbonate veinlets, commonly vuggy or with bladed calcite; these veins represent a late hydrothermal event at shallow crustal levels (epithermal), possibly associated with minor boiling The mineralized quartz veins formed from moderate to high temperature (240-400 C), low to moderate salinity (0-10 eq. wt% NaCl) aqueous-carbonic fluids. PT modeling of fluid trapping conditions indicate minimum mineralization depths of ~ 5.8 km. Based on the composition of the mineralizing fluids and estimated mineralization depths, it can be concluded that the Moosehead property represents an orogenic lode gold-type system. 13

Moosehead Project > Conclusions Moosehead represents a highly accessible, orogenic lode gold exploration target. Historic sampling has returned values of up to 442 g/t Au from boulders, and up to 170 g/t Au over 1.53 meters from drill core samples. The mineralized system remains virtually untested below a vertical depth of 100 metres (the only deep hole intersected 278 g/t Au over 0.50m at a hole depth of 257 metres), and remains open along strike. Larger, high grade boulders in the till profile are not represented in the drill intercepts, and are likely from a local source. Mapping of the recently exposed bedrock and mineralized veins will dramatically increase our understanding of the controls on mineralization, and allow us to better target future exploration efforts, including diamond drilling. 26
