28 JULY 2016 ASX ANNOUNCEMENT ACTIVITIES AND CASHFLOW REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2016 Global Fortune Investment Limited (ASX: GFI or the Company ) is pleased to provide its monthly activities report and cash flow report for the month of June 2016 in accordance with the ASX Admission Confirmation Letter dated 1 February 2016. FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS At 30 June 2016, total cash at bank was $2.9M. CORPORATE HIGHLIGHTS Consistent with the previous month, for the month of June 2016, the Company continued to grow sales from the distribution of Infant Formula to clients generating sales before costs of $847,000. SHENZHEN YUHUA XINNONG RESOURCES MANAGEMENT CO LTD ( SYX ) As at the date of this report, no activity has been initiated with SYX. EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES HORSE ROCK PROJECT, WESTERN AUSTRALIA (100%) Figure (1) During the month of June, a field mapping and sampling trip was completed at the Company s Horse Rock Project, Western Australia. The aim of the field trip was: 1. Assess the fertility of potential source intrusions which may contain Gold or Base metal mineralisation 2. Sample possible source rocks within the project area 3. Sample Soil near old workings 4. Develop relationships with local pastoralists 5. Create an accurate track log for future work programs In order to achieve these objectives several days were spent assessing access, meeting with the station owners, assessing the geology in the field and then undertaking a number of soil transects and rock chippings across key geological features and units. Global Fortune Investment Limited ABN:21 149 001 347 ASX:GFI Level 36, Gateway, 1 Macquarie Place Sydney NSW 2000 T: +61 2 8075 4733 F: +61 2 8075 4550 W: www.gfinvest.com.au

Figure (1) Tenement Map showing new applications (ELA31/1121 and ELA31/1122) EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES Geology The objective of the program was to evaluate high priority targets and collect orientation surface measurements. The high priorities targets were derived from historical soil anomalies, magnetic structural interpretations and historical workings. In total 40 soil samples and 33 rock chips samples were collected and submitted for analysis. Results have not yet been returned form the laboratory. Sample location details are provided in Figures 1 3 and Appendix 1 and 2. The high magnetic feature was hypothesised to be either an anticline or intrusion. From field observations, the magnetic high was discovered to be granite cross cut with quartz veins and enriched in oxidised sulphides. Several samples were taken from this area to see if Gold were to be associated with the sulphides. Upon visiting historical workings it was apparent these workings were across a sheer zone. Altered mafic units were observed looking into the shaft void suggesting these shear zoned units were a mineralising target for early prospectors. Soil samples were taken from East West from the old working to indicate the legacy gold can create in soil. Rock chips from varying units were taken from the old workings to help identify the host unit. To the north of this working lay several quartz blows in multiple successions. These quartz blows were rich in sulphides to which some were relatively fresh and unaltered. Rock chip samples of the quartz blows were collected from each location. Historical rock chips in the north of the tenement indicated a content of 1.98g/t Au. Visiting the region, quartz and silicified blows dominated the outcrops, displaying sections of disseminated sulphides and weathered carbonate within the quartz. Several rock chip samples of the silicified bedrock and quartz blows were taken from this section for assaying. Soil anomalies adjacent to the Yarri battery suggested high gold mineralisation. Based on field observations, the anomalies are likely to have been due to contamination from the battery and not a true reading of the soil. 2

With this in mind, no soil samples were taken from this location. A rock chip sample of granite was taken from nearby as this will not be contaminated. To the mid west of the tenement; a soil sample transect was undertaken across an old historic working. The historical workings in this region were observed to focus on a shallow horizontal horizon. Soil samples were undertaken in an identical manner to as mentioned above in an East West direction. Rock chips were also taken from the dumps created from the historic workings. Rock chip samples taken to the mid east of the tenement were taken from outcrops of quartz blows mottled with carbonate and oxidised sulphides. Further scouting of the region showed more workings on top of the radio hill to the central south of the tenement. Several rock chips samples were taken from this location of surrounding Geology, although no obvious host units were apparent. Sampling Bulk soil samples (2 3 kg) were collected across prospective areas with old workings at 10 20meter intervals in an East West striking transect. Bulk samples were sieved through 200 µm sieves upon return to Perth after being dried. Rock chips were collected at outcrops of interest and 2 3 kg samples were broken off outcrop and put into numbered calico bags. Sample locations were taken with a Garmin hand held GPS and locations were in GDA1994, MGA zone 51 UTM format. Sample descriptions and locations were recorded in a field notebook. Sample locations and descriptions were entered into an excel spread sheet and the track log from the GPS was downloaded. No field standards or duplicates were collected for the purposes of this program. Results Samples were dispatched to Intertek Genalysis upon arrival back in Perth. Contact Information Intertek Genalysis 15 Davidson Street Maddington WA 6109 Frazer Fallens Business Development Manager 08 9251 8100 Rock chip samples were submitted for Li borate fusion / XRF (14 element) and Four Acid Digest / ICP MS (48 elements) and Fire Assay ICP MS (Au, Pt, Pd). The rock chip samples will be analysed by the following codes: LITH/204X & LITH/205X Soil samples were submitted for Pb collection fire assay (Au, Pt, Pd) and Four Acid Digestion / ICP MS (48 elements). The soil samples will be analysed by the following codes: FA25/MS & 4A/OM48 Results are currently pending and should be received early August 2016. 3
