Cree XLamp MK-R LEDs Product famil data sheet CLD-DS60 Rev 7B Product Description FEATURES Table of Contents www.cree.com/xlamp Built on Cree s revolutionar SC³ Technolog platform, the XLamp MK R LED brings new levels of price and performance to directional LED arras, enabling lighting manufacturers to create the net generation of high-lumen indoor and outdoor LED lighting sstems. In single-led sstems, the XLamp MK R LED, with EasWhite color binning, provides the LED industr s tightest unitto-unit color consistenc. For sstems using multiple LEDs, the MK-R enables manufacturers to use fewer LEDs while maintaining light output and color consistenc, which translates to lower sstem cost. The XLamp MK R LED is optimized for directional lighting applications and is a welcome addition to applications requiring high lumen output, a compact optical source and a broad palette of color temperature and CRI values. Lumen Maintenance Cree now uses standardized IES LM-80-08 and TM-21-11 methods for collecting long-term data and etrapolating LED lumen maintenance. Moisture Sensitivit Cree recommends keeping XLamp LEDs in the provided, resealable moisture-barrier packaging (MBP) until immediatel prior to soldering. Unopened MBPs that contain XLamp LEDs do not need special storage for moisture sensitivit. Once the MBP is opened, XLamp MK-R LEDs ma be stored as MSL 1 per JEDEC J-STD-033, meaning the have unlimited floor life in conditions of 30 ºC/85% relative humidit (RH).
