Approximately 3 inches of rain has fallen across Puerto Rico since late Friday; additional rainfall of 1-3 inches is possible, with 3-5 inches in localized areas possible through this morning. Flash Flood Watch in effect for PR and the USVI through Monday morning. Guajataca Dam interim risk reduction measures are ongoing with PREPA, NG and USACE.
