Clothing racks will be provided to neatly hang uniforms in a uniform bag. The facilities will NOT be used as a hangout area. AFROTC cadets will be performing security checks to ensure there is no horseplay or trashing of the bathrooms. Trashing, horseplay, or smoking is not permitted. 3

4. Lunch Lunch options will be made available at the event. Bringing $20 cash is suggested for snacks, lunch, and souvenirs. 5. Judges AFROTC cadets will be the judges for all events and will call the commands during the Individual Drill Routine. Every effort has been made to ensure consistency in judging and scoring throughout the duration of the event. Arguing with judges by any participant, cadre, family member or associate of a team during any phase of the event will not be tolerated and may be grounds for that team to be disqualified. Grievances or disagreements will be directed towards the AFA Drill Meet Liaison, SMSgt Jeffrey Lewis. 6. Scoring Scoring sheets will be used by the head and field judges to rate each team s performance in the events. In the event of a tie, the scorekeepers will utilize the guidelines outlined in the Air Force Association State SOP. THE SCORE USED TO DETERMINE TROPHY WINNERS WILL BE THE SUM OF THE HEAD AND FIELD JUDGE S SCORES. As stated above, every effort has been made to ensure consistency in judging and scoring throughout the duration of the event. 4
