23 November 2017 DRILLING INTERSECTS TWO SIGNIFICANT SULPHIDE ZONES AT UBEONG PROJECT IN SOUTH KOREA Diamond drillhole UBD0002 D1, in progress, has intersected two significant zones of sulphide mineralisation correlating with the Taipan and Cobra target zones at the Ubeong Project: i) a 90m zone from 25.9m of skarn mineralisation with variably disseminated sulphides including sphalerite (Zn), arsenopyrite and trace galena (Pb) in the Taipan target zone, ii) a 3.6m quartz-sulphide lode from 337.6m including coarse arsenopyrite and spot XRF readings up to 931 g/t silver, 0.46% Cu and 0.28% Zn in the Cobra target zone The next drillhole (UBD0003) will test south through a coincident electromagnetic (EM) and Induced Polarisation (IP) chargeability sulphide target then continue to test under workings with a previous massive sphalerite channel sample result of 2m @ 27.9% Zn, 958 g/t silver (Ag) D2 Peninsula Mines Limited ( Peninsula or the Company ) is pleased to provide an update on the diamond drilling that is testing the Taipan and Cobra targets in the Chilbo historical workings area of the Ubeong Project in South Korea (see Figure 1 for location). Shallow angle drillhole, UBD0002, drilled north on section 513,500mE (see Figures 2 and 3), has intersected a 90m zone from 25.9m of skarnified limestone with variably disseminated sulphides including blebs of sphalerite (Zn), patches of arsenopyrite (silver association) and trace galena (Pb) (see Photo 1) through the Taipan target zone. The drillhole, UBD0002, then intersected a zone of difficult drilling in pelitic sedimentary rocks before intersecting a 3.6m quartz-sulphide (coarse arsenopyrite) lode from 337.6m (see Photo 2) in the Cobra target zone. Spot hand-held XRF readings through the steeply dipping quartz-sulphide lode at Cobra have produced results of up to 931 g/t Ag (associated with coarse arsenopyrite), and on the northern side of the lode, up to 0.28% Zn Figure 1: Project location and 0.46% Copper (Cu). Hand-held XRF readings are an indication of mineralisation only and full elemental analyses at ALS in Perth will now be required. UBD0002 will be continued through the Cobra Target and terminated at around 400m down hole before the next drillhole (UBD0003) is commenced. The next hole, UBD0003, will be drilled at a moderate angle (-40 ) south on section 513,600mE and test a coincident electromagnetic (EM) and Induced Polarisation (IP) chargeability anomaly obscured by colluvial scree at the base of the valley (see Figures 2 and 3). This EM/IP anomaly represents a massive sulphide target that may link to the outcropping Viper, copper-bearing, massive sulphide zone D3 to the northeast. The hole will then continue to test across the mineralised limestone skarn under previously sampled workings that produced a channel sample result of 2m @ 27.9% Zn, 958 g/t Silver (Ag) D2 from a steeply dipping sulphide lode close to the southern margin of the skarn-limestone unit.

Results will be reported in due course. patchy arsenopyrite disseminated sphalerite Photo 1: UBD0002, 111.8m to 112m, disseminated arsenopyrite & sphalerite in skarn-limestone, Taipan coarse arsenopyrite Photo 2: UBD0002, 337.6m to 337.8m, coarse sulphide (arsenopyrite) in quartz-carbonate lode, Cobra

Page 3 of 5 Background to the Ubeong Zinc-Silver and Copper-Gold Project Peninsula has secured six granted tenements and multiple tenement applications over the eastern 10- kilometre strike length of a highly prospective, limestone-skarn unit that includes the historical Chilbo mine workings and adjoins the operating Keumho Zinc-Lead-Silver Mine (see Figure 4 below). Tenements and applications have also been secured over a southern trend of workings at Ilweol. Keumho Operating Mine H78 Chilbo Historical Mining Area D72 Figure 4: Ubeong Project, rockchip sample results (Zn) on TMI airborne D11, D12 and ground magnetics with granted tenements and tenement applications High-grade zinc-lead-silver and copper-gold D2,D3,D4,D8,D9 rockchip and channel sampling results have been produced from the Chilbo workings area that occurs towards the eastern end of the limestone skarn unit, associated with an extensively faulted zone that has offset the unit and is interpreted to have acted as a conduit for mineralisation. The Company has also carried out detailed mapping, ground-based geophysical programmes (magnetics, electromagnetics and induced polarisation (IP) D10 surveys) and detailed soil sampling programmes, that have defined multiple drilling targets for a drilling programme that is in progress, testing targets for disseminated to massive sulphide zinc-lead-silver +/- copper-gold mineralisation.
