April 9 th, May 7 th, June 4 th, July 2 nd, August 6 th, September 3 rd, October 8 th, November 5 th 2018 RCMRD is an intergovernmental organization established in 1975 under the auspices of the United Nations, economic commission of Africa (UNECA) and the African Union (AU). It draws its membership from Eastern and Southern African countries and currently has 20 contracting member States.
