Yukon Ranked #1 Feb 2013 by Fraser Institute Why Yukon Fraser Institute 2013: Yukon is #1 for Composite Policy and Mineral Potential. 20 million ounces of gold produced from placers to-date. No history of large bedrock sources for the world renowned placer gold deposits. No real history of methodical exploration for bedrock gold. Extremely high GOLD DISCOVERY rate since 2010. New Yukon government initiatives and new gold discoveries have created a NEW YUKON GOLDRUSH. The Nevada Zinc Yukon opportunity was developed by veteran Yukon explorer group (original Coffee Creek explorers). New techniques and geological understanding allow quicker screening for bedrock sources of gold. Yukon received little attention for bedrock exploration in 1980 s to 2005 due to political and native issues. One of few stable places with a vast underexplored territory where potential exists for camp scale discoveries.
Discovery Driven Proven Track Record 43 original strategic grass roots gold properties in the NEW YUKON GOLD RUSH now short listed to The Top 6. Great project locations: Neighbors include Goldcorp, Victoria Gold, IDM Mining, Golden Predator, Atac, Strategic Metals, and Independence Gold. Initial exploration programs completed on the entire property portfolio. Significant new priority exploration targets identified on a number of Camp scale property positions. Results being integrated, partnership discussions ongoing, new work programs underway. Focus is on solid science, risk management and NEW DISCOVERIES. Investors are finally returning to New Discovery Stories for value creation.

Relationship - Placer Gold and Gold in Bedrock Victoria Gold Proposed Open Pit 30,000 ounces of placer gold mined to date and alluvial mining continues Victoria Gold has now outlined 6 million ounces of gold in bedrock. Gold only moved a short transport distance from bedrock to placer. There are a number of placer operations in the area particularly on the NZN Goodman property.
Clear Creek Area Properties Numerous placer operations on and near the NZN properties. Neighbours: Victoria Gold, Golden Predator, IDM Mining, AM Gold. Excellent geochemistry and known gold silver tin tungsten arsenopyrite antimony mineralization in the area. 5 miles of placer rights acquired by NZN in late 2012 based on very high gold silt results in the Josephine Creek valley with encouraging results. Victoria Gold moving Eagle forward while exploring at various locations on its land adjacent to the east Goodman. Raised $54 million since May. Market Cap has quadrupled. NZN properties have excellent potential for gold, silver +/- tungsten, tin mineralization.

Where do Large Gold Nuggets Originate? Longstanding arguments have recently been largely resolved. Large nuggets do not grow in situ Large nuggets do not travel very far. Large nuggets were not hammered together from many small ones. Large nuggets have very consistent geochemistry that reflect local bedrock geochemistry. Very large nuggets are formed from Museum specimens like the ones pictured here. Local creeks typically contain quartz and the placers contain graphite and magnetite like the bedrock near the new showing area at Livingstone.

Exploration Development Mining Cycle NZN Currently Huge Upside for Successful Teams Dr. Aaro Aho, (1969): The whole Exploration business requires a combination of continued optimism and hard work in the face of disappointments. If you continue to assert yourself and persevere, you get a greater exposure to the probability of success.
