About Benton Project Generator with experienced and proven management with an excellent property portfolio in multiple commodities $2.6 million in cash and approximately $1.0 million in equities Controls several large land positions which host 4 advanced Cape Ray gold deposits and 2 historical resources along with several other gold zones along the Cape Ray/Valentine Fault along strike from Marathon Gold and Antler Gold where a major staking rush has recently occurred in NL J.V. with Nordmin engineering with a free carry to full feasibility with possibility of early production and cash flow in the near term from 51, 41, 04 and WGH deposits on Cape Ray J.V. Recently optioned the Bedivere Lake project where a new high grade discovery yielded results over 41 ounces per ton gold. A major exploration program is currently underway Recently Joint Ventured Benton s 100%-owned Bark Lake Cu-Ni-PGE project to Rio Tinto

Cape Ray / Nordmin JV October 5, 2014, Benton partnered with Nordmin Engineering, Nordmin can earn up to a 50% interest by advancing the Cape Ray deposits to a bankable feasibility and arranging 50% of project financing for production. Nordmin earned 5% by paying $250,000 cash to Benton May 5, 2015 Benton and Nordmin announce 43-101 resources estimates for the four deposits October 2016, finished a 5,000 metre drill program drill program designed to infill and expand the 51 and 41 deposits to provide greater confidence in the current resource as the partners advance the project towards feasibility. Feb 9, 2017 the companies released the results of an updated positive preliminary economic assessment ( PEA ) for Cape Ray. The results showed a internal rate of return ( IRR ) of 34% post-tax, Nordmin earned a further 15% bringing their total to 20% interest Nordmin is to complete a minimum of 5000 meters drilling starting mid June 2017 and complete permits for EIS (underway) to get to 30% Complete a Bankable Feasibility Study by Oct 2018 to get to 40% The reader should be cautioned that the PEA is preliminary in nature. It contains inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves.
Nordmin Joint Venture
Highlights from the PEA, with the base-case gold price of $1,306 USD per ounce and an exchange rate of $1.26 CAD/USD, are as follows: Total production of 291,000 oz gold and 553,000 ounces of silver with gross value of >$492 million USD. Pre-production and Sustaining Capital is $85.4 million. Pre-production is for a 2 year period. Pre-tax NPV(7%) of $82.2 million and internal rate of return of 40%. Post-tax NPV(7%) of $56.9. million and internal rate of return of 34%. Pre-tax Net Revenue of $146.8M over 9 year LOM. Post-tax Net Revenue of $104.3M over 9 year LOM. Positive Cash-flow is realized in year 2. 2.8M tonnes of mill feed averaging a combined 3.3 g/t Au and 9.7 g/t Ag Mill operates at average tonnage of 1000 tonnes per day. Gold recovery of 98% and Silver recovery 63%. All of the economics are completed on indicated and Inferred categories of the resource model (all figures in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated)
