IUGJEBS Vol, No, 06, pp 0- ISSN 0-59 * 0 SPSS The Impact of Organizational Identification in Work Motivation among Teachers, and Ministry of Education of Jordan in the Directorate of Education to Karak Abstract The study aimed at identifying the degree of regularly symmetry with the teachers, and the Ministry of Education in Educational Karak Directorate, and the statement of his relationship with Motivation, and to achieve objectives of the study, it has been the use of a questionnaire developer for the purpose of data collection and distribution to the study sample, it was chosen as a total sample population of net (0) single, it was to rely on the statistical packet (SPSS), to do a statistical analysis of this study, as it turns out there is a statistically significant relationship between each of the regulatory symmetry and Motivation. The study found a set of recommendations, including: strengthening the educational capacity, and professional at the teacher, pay attention to the demands of the physical and moral teacher, and involvement in the decision making.
