Measuring instruments IVM 1x1 IVM 1x1 have a profiled guidance plug, a measuring insert with 2 HMmeasuring ball inserts, a handle or a measuring stand and a dial indicator or a digital display. Both measuring ball inserts are mechanically connected together. Thus the use of a dial indicator or a digital probe is possible as well. IVM 1x1 with handle and dial indicator IVM 1x1 with measuring stand and dial indicator IVM 1x1 are mainly used for the measurement of medial batches. The measuring insert is rotatably and rockingly suspended. Rocking type indicating gage for external tooth profiles IVA The IVA is as simple as efficient. It is used for the measurement of small and middle batches. The proper setting ring has a sectored gear and is made of aged or hardened steel. The labeling displays the actual size. The dial indicator harmonizes with gear measurement and has a measuring force of 2 N. The measuring range is from 0,060 to the left to +0,140 to the right. For calibration a setting master is needed. Rocking type indicating gage for external tooth profiles AVA Like the IVA also the AVA convinces with simple handling and efficient measurements of small and middle batches. The fitting setting plug has a sectored gear and is made of aged or hardened steel. The actual size is shown by the marking. The dial indicator is exactly matched for the measurement of gear and spline. The measuring force is 2 N. The measuring display of the indicator display is scaled from 0,060 to +0,140. The calibration is made with the setting plug. The advantage of our AVA is that the ball inserts are rocking which prevents them of damage. The knurled wheel enables a single hand operation. The measuring ball is secured from rotation. Two plastic heat protection sheets prevent heat transfer by the hands. Function The double flank gear roll inspection is a simple method to test the functional accuracy easily and quickly. The resulat is the sum of of all given deviations. No matter which deviation the specimen has, the double flank gear roll inspection will detect it. The result of the double flank gear roll inspection is a summery error. That means, that it is not possible to determine the single errors causing the deviation. If the detected summary errors are within tolerance, it is assumed that also the single errors are within tolerance. If the deviation detected by the roll inspection is too big, the cause study is the operator s job or the specimen has to be measured by a machine which is able to determine single deviations.. DKD-calibration for artefacts The calibration laboratory of FRENCO is accredited by the DKD according to DIN/ISO 17025 for the calibration of all principal features (DKD-K-27401). Thus not only helix and involute artefacts can be calibrated but also pitch artefacts and gears with pitch, runout and size between measuring circles. This accreditation is valid for these measurement ranges, which are demanded most frequently. For details concerning our range of accreditation see www.dkd.info/de/laboratorien.htm. Aretfacts not being within this range can be calibrated as working standard calibration. As result you receive a calibration certificate containing explanations concerning the measuring process, specifications to determine the position of the object to be measured and of course- the measuring uncertainty.
