Polyurethane foam was used as the base material for the synthesis process. Further characterization was carried out using instruments viz., FE-SEM, XRD, TGA etc. (2005-2006, Cont..) Research carried out in the field of high performance polymers and membranes. Synthesis and characterization of high performance polymers viz., polyimides, polyamides, poly(amide imide)s, poly(ester imide)s etc. and their characterization by various analytical tools i.e. TGA, DSC, DMA etc. at Bhavnagar, from Feb, 2000 to 2005 Worked as a Project entitled Preparation of polymeric membranes for bioseparation from October 2002 to September 2003 at Reverse Osmosis Division, CSMCRI, Bhavnagar, India. Worked in Silicate and Catalysis Division, handled instruments like Particle Size Distribution, Gelpermeation Chromatography, Sedigraph etc., to study the behaviour of particles under various conditions and their distribution pattern.(2001) 5.
