MEMORY VERSE But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Matthew 6:6 TRUE OR FALSE: 1 In this manner, therefore, pray... Matthew 6:9 Who is telling us to pray in this manner? 2...Our Father in heaven... Matthew 6:9 Who are we to pray to? Thank God that you are His child and that He is your perfect Father! 3...Hallowed be Your name. Matthew 6:9 Worship God as you think about how awesome He is! He is Almighty, Abba Father, Creator, Christ, Comforter! What does Hallowed mean? 4 Fill in the Blanks: Your come. Your will be on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10 Pray for God s kingdom to come. What does God s kingdom to come mean? Pray for God s perfect will to be done in your life; for yourself and others. TRUE OR FALSE: 5 Give us this week our weekly bread. Matthew 6:11 Ask God for everything you need and for everything your family needs. 6 And forgive us our debts, as we do not forgive our debtors. Matthew 6:12 Ask God to show you if you are doing anything that doesn t please Him, and then ask Him to forgive you. Be willing to change. Forgive anyone who has sinned against you or hurt your feelings. 7 And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one... Matthew 6:13 Ask God to help you stay away from sin and bad things. Pray for God to protect you and to keep you safe in Jesus.
