General Training Terms and Conditions Each training package includes lecture and exercise manuals, use of computers for hands-on exercises, one training data CD, certificate and/or letter of attendance. All course materials will be provided in the training venue. Standard timing daily is 8 AM - 2 PM. Food and Beverage Snacks and lunch meals are provided in the training venue. Cancellation & Substitution Policies If you register but are unable to attend, another person may attend in your behalf at no extra cost.
