TSXV: CXO www.coloradoresources.com November 2013 NORTH ROK PROPERTY Initial $126,000 2012 program, consisted of limited soil and rock samples, and modest geophysical program, which followed up on one rock sample taken by a government geologist in 1996. Spring $150,000 2013 exploration program consisted of 2 drill holes which lead to the discovery hole of 242m of 0.63% copper and 0.85 g/t gold in NR13-001 announced April 25, 2013. Subsequent drilling lead to mineralized intercepts in 10 of 13 drill holes, for a combined total of 1,801m that returned an average value of 0.3% Cu and 0.37 g/t Au that was reported on August 28, 2013. As announced on October 1, 2013 Colorado has completed 8,655m of drilling in 22 holes (NR13-019 to 029 results pending) and analyzed 3,473 core samples. Colorado has recently completed the 2013 drill program (29 drill holes 11,448m) on the North ROK property, and is adequately financed and permitted to complete the 2014 program.

TSXV: CXO www.coloradoresources.com November 2013 2013 EXPLORATION SUMMARY North ROK, BC Porphyry Copper Gold In 6 months since the discovery hole Colorado has expanded one of BC s newest Porphyry Copper-Gold discoveries, completed over 11,448m of drilling, 208km airborne survey, 69 line km of IP, 101km ground magnetic survey, 1,572 soil samples, and 10 2 km of geological mapping. Eldorado, BC Porphyry Copper Gold 2013 drill holes EL 13-004 and 005, tested a 150 x 900m magnetic anomaly in the center of the IP anomaly. The drill holes intersected strongly potassically altered, copper-gold mineralized monzonite with an intercept of 71.3m of 0.14% Cu and 0.33g/t Au at the bedrock/till interface.
