Visit a Custmer Service Outlet r cntact 1-877-378-6123 immediately (Mnday t Friday, 6 a.m. t 10 p.m., and Saturdays, Sundays and hlidays frm 9 a.m. t 9 p.m.). As lng as yur PRESTO card is registered yur mnthly pass will still be eligible fr tax deductin. Q. When will tkens and tickets stp being accepted? Tkens and tickets will be accepted until the middle f 2017. By the end f 2016, hwever, custmers will need t begin t transitin t PRESTO. Q. When will PRESTO be n the buses and Wheel-Trans? PRESTO card readers are being installed n TTC buses nw. The installatin n buses will be phased in ver eight mnths and buses will be put int service the mrning after a PRESTO device has been installed. Q: Hw many buses are being equipped each night? On average, 10 buses a night are being equipped with PRESTO devices. Once these buses have card readers installed they are activated and ready fr service. Q. With card readers at the frnt and back f the bus, des this mean I can bard at the backdr? N. All-dr barding is nt available n buses nly streetcars. The nly time yu can bard thrugh the backdrs, ther than in a statin is if the bus is a shuttle bus r if it has replaced a streetcar. When shuld I take a transfer? If yu are a PRESTO card user and are planning n taking anther bus r entering a subway statin that des nt have PRESTO yu shuld take a paper transfer frm the peratr after tapping yur card. Q. Will buses be rlled ut by rutes r individually? They will be rlled ut individually. If yu are a PRESTO card hlder yu shuld be prepared t pay yur fare with tkens r exact cash, in case yur bus des nt have PRESTO. Q. Why wuldn t yu rll buses ut rute by rute instead f individually? The installatin at each garage will be faster if buses are dne individually instead f by rute. Buses are nt allcated t specific rutes n a day-t-day basis. Q.
