PREFACE This latest publication in the Society's bulletin series, Bulletin 41, contains 14 papers, the majority of papers are on Petroleum Geology mainly those presented at the Petroleum Geology Conference 1996, held on 9-10 December 1996 at Rennaissance KL Hotel. Two papers are from the Annual Geological Conference 1997, held on the 31 May-1 June 1997 at Awana Beach & Golf Resort, Kijal, Terengganu. In addition there are 4 papers which should be of interest to all members.
