Due to Long Branch Police Department s CAD/Reporting software, crime applicability is indeterminable for 2013. Monmouth University offered off-campus University-sponsored housing at Fountain Garden Apartments until May 2013. The University no longer offers such housing. When a hate crime is reported, it will be labeled with the following categories of prejudice: R=Race; G=Gender; REL=Religion; SO=Sexual Orientation; GI=Gender Identity; NO=National Origin; E=Ethnicity; and/or D=Disability. In addition to the criminal offenses listed on the chart, the following crimes need to be reported if they are hate crimes: larceny-theft; simple assault; intimidation; destruction, damage, vandalism of property, making graffiti, or any other crime involving bodily injury. The correct count is two (2). The one (1) weapons offense in 2014 was a knife found in a student s room during Spring Break Week room inspections; the student was not present having already left for Spring Break. The number of On Campus in All Areas liquor law violations in 2012 was incorrectly recorded as 123; the number is actually 128. This was a typo and has been corrected above. The one incident of Dating Violence at The Bluffs was rape and is also counted in Part A; the other three, one of those occurring in a parking lot, were all simple assaults. The VAWA chart was added in 2013; Monmouth University was not required to report the above information prior to 2013. Monmouth University offered off-campus University sponsored housing at Fountain Garden Apartments until May 2013. The University no longer offers such housing.
