How to Develop or Increase YOUR Claircognizance Relax, be aware, and go into a meditative state. Do some clearing and protection. Ground yourself. Take steps to raise your vibration. Link directly with the Divine, and allow the guidance available to you to flow through. This is often done through the 8th Chakra higher dimension gateway. Have a notebook handy to annotate and keep track of your insights. This is always a helpful tool. Put the date on your experiences and be aware of progress. You may not be aware at first if you have improved your Claircognizant abilities. But after a while, you will most likely start noticing either your current level of expertise has strengthened, or that your clear knowing has kicked in and you are starting to have experiences of claircognizance.
