JOHN=S SANITATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT NO. 3 2007) BY-LAW TAKE that the St. John=s Municipal Council has enacted an amendment to the St. John s Sanitation Regulations. The said Amendment was passed by Council on the 17 th day of December, 2007 so as to provide for the cancellation of licenses currently required for vehicles carrying garbage and refuse should the license holders fail to comply with the Regulations. Dated this 7 th day of January, 2008. ST. JOHN=S PLUMBING BY-LAW TAKE that the St. John=s Municipal Council has enacted an amendment to the St. John s Plumbing (Amendment No. 1 2007) By-Law. The said Amendment was passed by Council on the 3 rd day of December, 2007 so as to require applicants for permits to provide the cost of materials and labour associated with the plumbing work proposed prior to being issued a permit. ST. JOHN=S ELECTRICAL BY-LAW TAKE that the St. John=s Municipal Council has enacted an amendment to the St. John s Electrical (Amendment No. 3 2007) By-Law. The said Amendment was passed by Council on the 10 th day of December, 2007 so as to require permit applicants to provide the cost of the work and so as to incorporate a reference to a schedule of fees.
