Biomarkers Presence of both O 2 and CH 4 in Earth atmosphere indicative of life How convincing?

Detecting Life Suppose we find a planet in habitable zone Can we find out if it actually HAS life? Radio signals from intelligent life But microbes more likely Biosignatures : gases in the atmosphere that are characteristic of life e.g., Oxygen AND methane
