RE 30110/06.05 VSPA-1-X Hydraulics Bosch Rexroh AG 3/10 Funcion Power supply [1] The amplifier card has a power supply wih an inrush curren limier. This supplies all of he inernal posiive and negaive supply volages. The inrush curren limier prevens inrush curren peaks caused by he smoohing capaciors in he curren oupu sage. Applied command value The inernal command value signal is formed from he sum of he exernal command value being applied o he differenial inpu [] and he command values being applied o he summaor [6] and he ramp generaor. The exernal command value volages (command values 1 o 4) are eiher direcly applied via he conrolled volage oupus +10 V and 10 V or via an exernal poeniomeer. f he command value inus are direcly applied o he conrolled volaages hen he seings are done on poeniomeers w1 o w4. When using exernal poeniomeers hen he inernal poeniomeers ac as aenuaaors or limiers. Only one call-up a he same ime is possible. f more han one call-up is acivaed a he same ime hen call-up 1 has he lowers prioriy and call-up 4 he highes prioriy. The acive call-up is displayed via a yellow LED on he fron plae. Command value inversion [7] The inernally generaed command value which is formed from he inpu signals, command value call-ups and zero poin off-se signal can be invered by means of an exernal signal or via jumper J1. The inversion is displayed via a LED ( 1 ) on he fron plae. Enable funcion [8] Wih he enable funcion he curren oupu sages are released and he inernal command value signal is swiched o he ramp generaor. The enable signal is displayed on he fron panel by means of a LED. f he enable is wihdrawn, he inernal command value (wih an applied command value) changes wih he se ramp ime. The valve being conrolled herefore does no open suddenly. Ramp generaor [9] The ramp generaor limis he rae of adjusmen variable increase. The subsiqen jump funcions and ampliude aenuaion are no lenghed or shorened by he ramp ime. Wih a ramp on/off signal or mi wih jumper J he ramp ime is se o a minimum (< ms) (ramp off). Exernal ramp ime adjusmen Wih an exernal poeniomeer i is possible o lenghen he inernally se ramp ime. The seing can be checked wih he aid of he measuring socke. n he case of a cable break he inernal seing is auomaically valid. Characerisic curve generaor [10] Wih he adjusable characerisic curve generaor i is possible o separaely adjus he maximum values for he posiive and negaive signals so ha hey can be mached o sui he hydraulic requiremens. he acual movemen of he characerisic curve hrough he zero poin is no in he form of a jump bu is linear. Ampliude limier [11] The inernal command value is limied o approx. ±110 % of he nominal range. Clock generaor [13] The clock generaor produces he clock frequency for he oupu sages. The clock signal can be swiched, via a jumper, ino one of hree basic frequency ranges. Curren oupu sage [16] The curren oupu sage produces he clocked solenoid curren for he proporional valve. The solenoid curren is limied o.7 A per oupu. The oupu sage oupus are shor circuiproof. The oupu sages are de-energised in he case of an inernal faul signal or missing enable.
