Mainly their job is to maintain IT system changes in NEC group. They are speeding up now doing a lot more changes in shorter time with S-BPM. Metasonic Suite is an excellent KAIZEN enabling tool. NIS uses this tool during system development and change projects. KAIZEN is working not only at TOYOTA also many Japanese companies including NIS are using it. KAIZEN (continuous improvement) is a part of Japanese culture and history. NIS is going to distribute S-BPM in whole NEC Group not only to system engineers in NIS. Main users of Metasonic Suite will be much more business people in the future. NIS thinks that integration of Cloud Service into business processes will be needed in the future and can be done easily with Metasonic Suite.
