Las Minas Has Similarities To Major Producers In Adjacent Guerrero Belt The Guerrero gold belt in southwestern Mexico hosts multiple world class Au and Au-Ag-Cu skarn deposits. *At Los Filos, Leagold reported mineral reserves of 9.73 oz. Au and mineral resources of 15.3 M oz. Au. *Avg open pit grade ranges from 0.44-0.70 g/t Au (Leagold.com/los-filos-mine/los-filos) * At Media Lunda Torex reported 39.8 MT @ 2.59 g/t Au for 4.90 M oz. Au and at El Limon-Guajes an inferred mineral resource of 51.5 MT @ 4.48 g/t Au Equivalent for 7.42 M oz. Au Eq. Morelos-Torex Los Filos - Leagold Las Minas has the potential to represent a new belt and region for mining comparable to the prolific Guerrero Gold Belt Las Minas VERACRUZ 6

Tsv Tsk Tsv El Marmo Granados Tsv Tsv 10 km Extensive areas of skarn (Tsk: light purple) occur at the contact between the diorite intrusions and overlying limestone. The mineralized contacts are exposed by the erosion of multiple, connected canyons. There is no post-mineral deformation at Las Minas (faulting, folding). 12 km Geologic Map of Tatatila -Las Minas Area The undeformed terrain makes it simple to define (and potentially mine) the mineralized zones. 7
Multiple Large Ground Magnetic Anomalies Targets Ground magnetic survey helps to localize magnetite skarn and diorite intrusive rocks which are responsible for the Au-Cu mineralization. Expansion of present drilling may add multiples to the drilled tonnage. There are multiple showings and potential features that have little to no exploration work performed. 8
Las Minas - World Class Skarn Sub-System District scale geological setting (> 100 km2) similar to the world famous Guerrero gold Belt. Mineralized skarn identified at 7 historic mining areas. Intrusive related porphyry and epithermal style mineralization. A number of historic high-grade vein gold mines at Pueblo Nuevo concession. Parallel El Dorado/Juan Bran style mineralized zone at Cinco Senores and Minillas. Nopaltepec discovery with high-grade intercepts over solid widths. Large scale magnetic anomalies outlining several magnetite skarn zones and diorite intrusive rocks responsible for Au Cu mineralization. The site of 30 small scale high-grade mines operating between 1870 and 1910. 9
