WE TRANSLATE TECHNOLOGY INTO PROFITABILITY Positioned parts feeding, by continuous flow, for the automation of production processes. VIBRATORY AND ELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENTS

A SHARED GOAL Production processes, in which automation depends on receiving positioned parts from one or more feeding flows, are usual. Our specialty is to generate such flows and, aimed to this, we manufacture vibratory and electromechanical equipments or systems to position parts, drive them until the productive unit that will process them, and to operate with the required flow rate and load autonomy values. For this purpose we have a staff of more than fifty employees, an operative floor space of 3000 m², a standard program that covers all limits of the specialty expertise, and the professional experience accumulated from thousands applications covering a wide variety of industrial sectors handling all type of products and machines: discontinuous with pneumatic drive (low output rates), discontinuous with mechanical drive (medium rates), and continuous dynamic drives (high output rates). Our working scheme is based on a basic reasoning: the central aim associated with any production unit, is exceeding a certain profitability threshold in the execution of a repetitive task. Nevertheless, we have to emphasize that such an expectation does not depend only on the functioning of the operative module in itself (vg. designed to assemble two components), or on the systematic channeling of the positioned parts that needs the task, as all this, being fundamental, can turn spoilt by the variability of the parts - in geometry, physical or chemical characteristics, and conditions of presentation or by the particularities of the environment - physicist, professional, and socially - of the user involved in the investment. In consequence, our option, as parts feeding specialists, consists of undertaking any realization, and each of its stages, assuming formally like our own the aim of amortization that follows the user of the productive unit considered as a whole, and with such a disposition, we try to add to the efficiency of our equipments a component of realizable experience in optimization of global results. BASIC SYSTEMS Interrelating a positioning unit (bowl feeder) with a link unit (linear feeder), what we define as basic feeding system, suitable for implementation purposes (transfer function) and allows balancing statistical flow rated (link function). The basic systems can also introduce additional controls to avoid excessive pressure, reduce noise, wear of equipment, inadequate treatment of the parts, micro stops of the machine, etc. System comprising Positioning unit + Link unit. Feeding flow: 2 Industrial sector: IRON AND STEEL. System comprising Positioning unit + Link unit. Feeding flow: 1 Industrial sector: CAR INDUSTRY. System comprising Positioning unit + Link unit. Feeding flow: 3 Industrial sector: PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY.

RECEIVING, POSITIONING, EVACUATING Receiving bulk parts, to position and deliver them in a certain manner and determined rate, are the generic features of what we call positioning unit (bowl feeder). Feeding a work station always involves such features, but it normally requires besides- additional conditions which demand other complementary equipments intervention. Feeding flow: 1 Industrial sector: CAR INDUSTRY. Feeding flow: 3 Industrial sector: COSMETICS. Feeding flow: 8 (one for each bowl and part tolerance) Industrial sector: HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES. Feeding flow: 1 (each unit) Industrial sector: ELECTRIC SWITCHGEAR.

THE SYSTEM: THE CONCEPTUAL AND OPERATIVE KEY Parts feeding supposes to satisfy a range of requirements usually bigger tan the one that covers the features of a single equipment or unit. The concept of system is associated to the different configurations based on several equipments interrelated, and is the appropriate formula to answer all kind of requirements. Complete system: Positioning unit + Link unit + Storage unit. Feeding flow: 2 Industrial sector: ELECTRIC SWITCHGEAR. Complete system: Positioning unit + Link unit + Storage unit. Feeding flow: 3 Industrial sector: PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY. Complete system: Positioning unit + Link unit + Storage unit elevation and distribution. Feeding flow: 2 Industrial sector: HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES.

WE OFFER A COMPLETE STANDARD PROGRAMME ON ELECTROMAGNETIC VIBRATION OUR PROGRAMME IS USED AS A START BASE FOR COMPLETE REALISATIONS (SINGULARISATIONS). Vibrators for bowls. Stainless steel or plastic material bowls, in different shapes and sizes (up to 80, according to applications). Series assembly of vibrators. POSITIONING UNIT STORAGE UNIT LINK UNIT Detail of storage, with a group of standard equipments. Stainless Steel hoppers for different capacities and weights held. Vibrators for tracks. Vibrators for hoppers.
