FROM ATLANTA VIA I 85 Take I 85 North to I 85/I 985 interchange at Exit 113 (I 985 is a left side exit) Continue on US 23/GA 365 for about 18 miles until GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.) VIA GA 400 Take GA 400 North until it ends. Continue straight onto GA 115 (Long Branch Rd.) for about 4.8 miles to the intersection with GA 52/GA 115 (traffic light) Turn right onto GA 115/GA 52 (Cleveland Hwy.) and follow towards Cleveland, GA Continue on GA 115 go 20.3 miles (you will go through the light at the Cleveland Square) Turn Left on HIGHWAY 255 S (GA 255) go 2.8 mi At 4 Way stop Turn Left on Duncan Bridge Road (GA 384) go 1.6 miles and look for Laurel Ridge street sign on left
Via I 85 South From South Carolina and points north Take I 85 South across the Georgia/South Carolina border about 5 or 6 miles to exit #173 (GA 17, Lavonia/Toccoa) At the end of the exit ramp turn left to take GA 17 north towards Toccoa After about 11.5 miles (a little before Toccoa), GA 17 splits with Alt. GA 17 Turn left onto GA 17/Toccoa Bypass (do not take Alt. GA 17 through Toccoa) After about 5 miles GA 17 will become GA 17 North/GA 365 South/US 123 South Continue on US 123 S go 4.5 miles Continue on Tommy Irvin PkY toward US 23 S/US 441 S/Gainesville/Atlanta go 11.2 Miles Turn right onto GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.) and follow for approximately 11 miles to 4 Way Stop at Hwy 255
Via I 75 South From Tennessee and points north Take I 75 south to Georgia exit #336 US 76/US 41 at Dalton & Rocky Face, GA Turn right at the end of the exit ramp Follow US 76 East/US 41 South/GA 3 South for a little over 6 miles At this point US 41 & GA 3 and US 76 split be sure to stay on US 76 East towards Chatsworth, GA (this will also be GA 52) Take US 76/GA 52 East for a little over 8 miles to Chatsworth, GA where it meets up with US 411 and turn right Follow US 76 East/US 411 South for about 6.6 miles to Ramhurst, GA Turn left and then immediately to the right to stay US 76 East, which is now also GA 282 East After about 2.3 miles be sure to turn left to stay on US 76/GA 282 East towards Ellijay Follow US 76/GA 282 for a little over 17 miles to East Ellijay where it meets up with GA 52 At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately again to the right to stay on GA 52 East (you will no longer be on US 76) Follow GA 52 East through Dahlonega, GA Just past the Wal Mart, turn right to stay on GA 52 East A few miles past Dahlonega, GA 115 North joins GA 52 East. Follow GA 115 North/GA 52 East until they split (about 2 miles) and stay on GA 115 North Continue on GA 115 go 20.3 miles (you will go through the light at the Cleveland Square) Turn Left on HIGHWAY 255 S (GA 255) go 2.8 mi At 4 Way Stop Turn Left on Duncan Bridge Road (GA 384) go 1.6 miles
Via I 20 East From Western Georgia, Alabama, and points west Follow I 20 East towards Atlanta At the Exit #51B (I 85/I 285 interchange) take I 285 North (towards Chattanooga) Continue on I 285 for about 22 miles until the I 85 interchange (exit #33B)** Take I 85 North (towards Greenville) to I 85/I 985 interchange at Exit 113 (I 985 is a left side exit) Continue on US 23/GA 365 for about 20 miles until GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.)
Via I 85 North From Western Georgia, Alabama, and points west Follow I 85 North towards Atlanta to I 285 (exit #68) At the I 85/I 285 interchange take I 285 East/I 85 North (towards Macon, Augusta, Greenville) I 85 North and I 285 East are the same road for about 2 miles at which point I 85 North splits off towards downtown (stay on I 285 unless you wish to go directly through downtown Atlanta, which is not advisable most of the time)** Continue on I 285 until it meets back up with I 85 (about 28 miles) Take I 85 North (towards Greenville) to I 85/I 985 interchange at Exit 113 (I 985 is a left side exit) Continue on US 23/GA 365 for about 20 miles until GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.)
Via I 75 North From Central Georgia and Florida If you are coming from south of Macon, Ga.; Just before Macon at exit #156, take I 475 North to bypass Macon (note: I 475 is a left hand exit) I 475 will rejoin I 75 North at mile marker 177 past Macon Just before Atlanta at exit #227, take I 675 North to I 285 At the I 675/I 285 interchange take I 285 East (towards Augusta, Greenville) Continue on I 285 until the I 85 interchange (exit #33) Take I 85 North (towards Greenville) to I 85/I 985 interchange at Exit 113 (I 985 is a left side exit) Continue on US 23/GA 365 for about 20 miles until GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.)
Via I 20 West From Eastern Georgia and South Carolina Follow I 20 West towards Atlanta At the Exit #172 (Thomson, GA), take US 78/GA 17/GA 10 North towards Washington, GA (alternately you could take I 20 to Exit #114 and follow US 441 North to Athens and then continue with the directions below) As you approach Washington, turn left onto GA 47/US 78 Business Rt./GA 10 Business Rt. (also known as Robert Toombs Ave.) Follow GA 47/US 78 Business Route through Washington, GA until it reconnects with US 78 Turn left onto US 78/GA 10 and follow towards Athens, GA As you near Athens, get onto the Athens Perimiter Highway northbound (also known as US 129 North/US 29 North/US 441 North/GA 10 Business Loop/GA 15) Follow Athens Perimeter Highway/US 441, US 129 North to Exit #10B Exit #10B will keep you on US 441, US 129 North/Athens Perimeter Highway Exit the Athens Perimeter Highway at Exit #12 At the end of the off ramp turn right onto US 441/GA 15 North Follow US 441/GA 15 North towards Commerce, GA To avoid going directly through Commerce stay on US 441 North (Business 441 North will rejoin US 441 North, but is a slower route) Continue on US 441/GA 15 North towards Baldwin, GA (this road will also become GA 198 when you reach the Chattahoochee National Forest) As you approach Baldwin, at the point where US 441 meets up with US 123 and Business US 441 turns off to the right, turn left onto Willingham Ave. (might also be signed as US 23) Follow Willingham Avenue for a little over a mile and turn right onto Duncan Bridge Rd. (When you cross US 23/GA 365 Duncan Bridge Rd. will also become GA 384) Continue on GA 384 (Duncan Bridge Rd.) and follow for approximately 11 miles to 4 Way Stop at Hwy 255
