Golondrina (Cu-Au) Historic mine, artisanal production 3km west of the Carmen Mine Historic workings are located in high-sulfidation epithermal veins and breccia zones Quartz-sulphide and gold-copper bearing mineralization, similar structure to San Fernando Grab and chip samples assayed up to 47.4g/t Au and 4.39% Cu 17

Cazadores (Cu-Ag) Surface mapping and sampling by Revolution Known mineralized zone is 350m in strike length and width of up to 30m Samples containing copper and silver oxide as well as sulphosalt minerals returned 11.4% Cu and 2,170g/t Ag, and 1.99% Cu, 630g/t Ag, and 1.07g/t Au 18

Panalito (Cu-Au) Located 1km northeast of the Carmen Mine, consisting of four quartz-specular hematite veins containing abundant copper oxides and occasional chalcopyrite A select chip sample of the westernmost vein yielded a value of 7.11% Cu while channel sample across the vein assayed 4.02% Approx. 150m to the northeast, a 4th vein was sampled and returned a value of 10.6% Cu, 2.38g/t Au and 15.2g/t Ag 15 Samples over an 800 x 400m area averaged 2.08% Cu, 0.206g/t Au and 3.41g/t Ag 19

Don Julio (Au-Cu-Zn) 1,500m of strike length, located 6km NW of Carmen Numerous gold-bearing copper oxide-quartz veins and small artisanal mines 10 of 18 grab samples assayed between 1.7 and 15.7g/t Au, averaging 6.22g/t Au Select grab samples also assayed up to 7.6% Cu and 5.38% Zn 20

Cabellero Azteca (Au) Historical mine, artisanal production, located 6km southeast of Carmen and similar vein system to San Fernando and Golondrina Historic workings are located in highsulfidation epithermal veins and breccia zones High grade sample of dump material from workings returned results of 4.51g/t Au, 4.6g/t Ag and 0.75% Cu 21

Hornitos (Mo) New molybdenite discovery located 6.5km west of Carmen Mine, 2km south of the Don Julio Prospect 200m square area of sheeted quartz-molybdenite veins hosted within hornfels, with one to three meter separation between veins Chip samples taken on quartz veins returned values of 0.18%, 0.24%, and 0.25% Mo and the 5 samples averaged 0.173% Mo Satellite imagery has identified an altered area several kilometers in length by one kilometer width 22

Montaña de Oro Introduction 26,516 hectares located in the Sierra Madre Gold Belt of northwestern Mexico, a prolific gold-silver belt with a history of mining dating back several hundred years It is 25km south of Coeur s Palmarejo Mine and 20km north of Pan American s Alamo Dorado Palmarejo 2011 production: 9.0Moz Ag and 125,000oz Au Alamo Dorado 2011 production: 5.3Moz Ag and 166,000oz Au Property is underlain by the Guerrero Terrane which consists of Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous andesitic flows interbedded with andesitic tuffs and minor carbonate sedimentary rocks and sandstone Three distinct styles of mineralization: Low sulphidation Au-Ag Porphyry-related Cu-Mo-Ag mineralization with an Au signature Contact metasomatic skarn deposits with distinct base metal (Pb+Zn) tenors A total of 22 targets have been identified to date, including: 17 areas of gold mineralization, a carbonate replacement discovery, and 4 undrilled copper porphyries Favorable location for mine development with respect infrastructure and local resources 125 drill holes for 30,165 meters by West Timmins Mining 23

La Concepción (Zn-Cu-Ag-Au) Replacement Massive sulphide / Breccia Zn- Cu-Ag-Au System Located within La Dura West target area Mineralization occurs as massive sulphide replacements and multi-stage siliceous breccias The zone, as it has been drill delineated to date, is approx. 400m x 100m Strong IP anomoly Breccia zone to the south has strike length in excess of 600m exposed with widths of 50 to 150m Highlight historical drill hole of 4.47m avg. 30.3g/t Ag, 16.5% Zn and 0.97% Cu Abundant placer gold in area 26
