3.0 Resource Estimate for Ord Mt Property By Snowden Database: 18 drilling holes with total 6300 basic samples assay; 6 adits channel with total 823 basic samples assay; 31 surface chip sample lines with total 6637 chipping samples assay; 35 surface channel samples lines with total 264 channel samples assay. Resource Estimates for 3 Mineralization Zones Ord Mt Main Zone: Data space at 50-100m interval to define Inferred resource; Brilliant Zone:Data space at 100-150 m interval, to define Inferred category resource; Sunset Zone: Data space at 100m interval to define Inferred category resource; Block Size:10x20x20m (Open Pit Considerations); Based on AuEQ grade cutoff 0.3 g/t to define the Ore Wireframe. AuEq value was calculated as follows: AuEQ = Au (g/t) + Cu%X10X2.205X3/(1200 Au/ozX0.03215 oz/g)+ag g/tx17 Ag$/oz/1200 9

The estimate of Mineral Resources may be materially affected by environmental, permitting, legal, marketing, or other relevant issues. The Mineral Resources in this news release were estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), CIM Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by CIM Council. (2) The quantity and grade of reported Inferred resources in this estimation are uncertain in nature and there has been insufficient exploration to define these Inferred Resources as an Indicated or Measured Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in upgrading them to an Indicated or Measured Mineral Resource category. 10
3.2 Potential Resource for Ord Mt Property in the Central Area Current Resource Estimate for only 3 of 8 defined mineralization zones. Only shallow part (most 50-100m) of the Ord MT mineralization have been defined. If drill to 300-400m deep, potential more resources should be defined. Potential Resources 11
3.3 Potential Resources for Ord Mt Property in the NNE Area Strong mineralization in the NNE area: Gold banner, White dollar, and Caldera Zones 12
3.4 Potential Resources for Ord Mt Property in the Copper Field Area Copper Field: strong mineralization on the surface and adit; and average grade from 32 surface sample assay results:0.45-0.71 g/t Au and 0.24%- 0.26% Cu. 13

5.0 Summary Current exploration work conducted by SW Tech has identified multiple gold-copper mineralization zones and defined 128.15 Mt inferred mineral resources at gold equivalent grade (AuEQ) of 1.24 g/t containing around 2.5 Moz gold metals at gold grade of 0.61 g/t, 0.42 Mt copper metals at copper grade of 0.33% and 19.68 Moz silver at silver grade of 4.78 g/t, which complies with the NI 43-101 requirements in the Ord Mountain Area, California, United States of America. Further exploration works are planned and ready to be conducted. Current exploration work suggests that the Ord Mountain gold-copper project potentially is a buck tonnage, open pit minable, low cost, world-class gold-copper deposit, similar to 20 Moz Barrick s Cerro Casale Project in Chile Contact: Tony Guo, CEO, P.Geo tguo@swtechcorporation.com, 1-909-993-4825 Preliminary - for Discussion Purposes Only
