Alphabet Hats Supplies needed: White card stock Crayons or markers Scissors Glue Stapler (Adult use) A is for Astronaut B is for Bear Directions for the hats on the following page. C is for Cake

Alphabet Hats One sheet per child. Print up on white card stock. Have child color or paint. Cut out both strips. Connect both strips to make a band. Fit to child s head and staple together to form a hat. If needed, for additional strip, cut strip from another sheet. 1-2 - 3 Learn Curriculum

Alphabet Hats with Dotted Lines Same alphabet hats but with dotted lines. For younger children to cut out. On the dotted lines. One sheet per child. Print up on white card stock. Have child color or paint. Cut out both strips. Connect both strips to make a band. Fit to child s head and staple together to form a hat. Alphabet Hats Template 3 Print hat template onto white card stock. There are 2 pages per alphabet needed per child. Color picture of the alphabet for the hat. (A Astronaut, ect.). Trace the dotted letters, and then write the letter on their own. Cut out the template of the hat. Cut out the astronaut, A a and the word astronaut. Glue the astronaut to the front of the hat, covering glue astronaut. You will want to make sure the placement of the alphabet picture doesn t hang below the bottom edge of the hat. Staple the 2 hat pieces together, making sure that the strips are lined up and the alphabet the child traced and wrote is right side up. Measure child s head with the hat, tape off the child s head and staple hat together to form the hat.
