Page 11 Annual End of the Season Galice Fall Color Tour Words by: MAC Photos by: Chuck & Ann Tarski Our annual tour to Galice Resort led by Dave Williams came off almost without a hitch again this year. The weather man (who gets paid even when he s wrong) predicted dry conditions and was almost right. A short cloud burst only slightly dampened the drive and other than a wrong turn, an oil leak and a stop to add water no problems came up. Everyone had a good time. The food was good, the service OK and the conversation excellent. Beside our usual batch of Model A s, there were two nice 41 Chevys from CVCC and John & Nancy Firth drove their new 53 Ford Convertible (with the top down), Mike & Debby brought their 53 Chrysler, Vito & Diane Maurantonio had their 66 Lincoln Continental Convertible and Rick Black brought his 59 El Camino. Let s do it again next year, OK.
