1. Introduction / Objective Tally.CRM is enabled with SMS Support where a partner can receive SMS alerts/information on the registered mobile number of his choice. Further actions can be performed such as accepting, closing or dropping the lead through SMS itself. This document will help you to understand the process of enabling and using SMS support: Subscribing for SMS alerts Admin, Support Managers or Executives Information alerts over SMS Service Lead Actions over SMS Accept, Close or Drop the Lead (Sales or Service) 2. Steps to enable/configure Preferred Mobile Number i. For you as Admin or Owner of the Business Open www.tallysolutions.com login using Admin Mail ID Click My Profile Mention your name (for eg: Mr. Gopi Krishna) Add Mobile Number in the field provided and tick the Checkbox Accept Terms and Conditions by checking the box, please read the SMS Privacy Policy before accepting it Click on Save to accept the screen It will show below screen and says Pending for Activation under My Profile

Now you will receive an SMS on your mobile with the following message: You have subscribed to receive alerts from Tally Solutions. To activate please forward this message to 5667732. (e3g3x3..) You need to forward this SMS to the Number 5667732 N o t e : S M S s h o u l d n o t b e a l t e r e d w h i l e f o r w a r d i n g, i t s h o u l d b e f o r w a r d e d a s i t i s. Then you will receive the SMS confirmation on your mobile saying Your subscription successfully activated. Now you have successfully activated SMS alerts and are ready to receive lead information and perform actions through SMS. ii. For your Support Managers / Executives Managers / Executives has to login with their Credentials (login details) and follow the same process as described above (Procedure i) Then Administrator has to allow him to receive alerts through User Management N o t e : O w n e r or A d m i n i s t r a t o r h a s a n o p t i o n t o a l l o w u s e r s t o r e c e i v e S M S a l e r t s o r r e s t r i c t t h e s a m e e v e n t h o u g h e x e c u t i v e s have s u b s c r i b e d t h e i r n u m b e r s. Login as Administrator and select User Management Security Levels List of Security Levels select Action Alter the level where Support Managers /Executives are grouped:

Then allow the option Receive Lead alerts from TIPL Save the changes Now Support Managers / Executives are ready to receive alerts from Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd.

3. Actions over SMS i. Service Leads Received Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd will broadcast Service Leads to Tally Service Partners depending on various criteria You will receive an SMS alert as below: You have a new service opportunity on Training [#ASDHGDSF] - in Bangalore. To accept forward this message to 5667732. You have to accept the lead by forwarding the message to 5667732 within the stipulated time You will get a confirmation of this service with customer details as below: Service lead has been successfully allocated to you. Contact details: <Contact Name> on <Contact Number> for <Name of Service>. To close lead, send CL <LEAD ID> to 5667732. For eg: Service lead has been successfully allocated to you.
