Officers President Chad Greene Vice-President Will Bottoms Secretary Mike Essic Treasurer Gay Sharpe Board of Trustees Annette Hastie Tammy Goldberg Steve Davis Dennis LaJeunnesse Triad Orchid Society meets the second Sunday of each month at the AB Seed Education Annex near the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market 8432 Norcross Rd. Colfax, NC 27235 at 1:00 PM Happy 2019 orchid friends! After two months of our TOS meeting being cancelled due to winter weather, we were able to meet Sunday, February 9th. We enjoyed a delicious potluck lunch. This is always a treat! We had a beautiful show table of orchids. Judging results are on last page of this newsletter. Gift certificates were presented to the 2018 show table winners. Chad and Will provided us with an informative presentation on preparing orchids to be shown and judged. And our 2019 Board was approved. Our next regular TOS monthly meeting will be held Sunday, March 10th. We will be taking a road trip to Orchid Trail in Morrisville, NC (Near Raleigh). We should plan to meet at the AB Seed Education Annex at 11:30am if planning to car pool. For those going directly to Orchid Trail, we will all meet around 12:45pm. Orchid Trail will offer a 20% discount on all purchases made that day by TOS members! 2019 OFFICERS: President: Chad Green Vice-President: Will Bottoms Treasurer: Gay Sharpe Secretary: Mike Essic 2019 BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Tammy Goldberg Annette Hastie Steve Davis Dennis LaJeunnesse 2019 MEMBERSHIP CHAIR Megan Shelton
