Overall Implementation Progress (IP) Moderately Satisfactory Moderately Satisfactory Overall Risk Rating Substantial Substantial Implementation Status and Key Decisions The Level 1 restructuring of the Project, approved by the World Bank Board of Executive Director on July 5, 2015, was declared effective October 29, 2015. The project has now completed a successful rabies vaccination campaign, and has initiative the renovation of the Agriculture School of the Artibonite, which should be completed in the fall of 2016. In the North, RESEPAG has selected 51 sub-projects for financing, representing 10,116 beneficiaries, including 4,704 women. These sub-projects represent about HTG 230 million of investments, HTG 168 million of which are financed by the Project. As of May 31, 2016, 29 of these sub-projects have received financing for about HTG50 million and are expected to receive the balance before the end of the calendar year. Meanwhile, the formulation and selection of the final sub-projects is still on-going, and is expected to be completed by September 2016, with 70 sub-projects approved. Under the Sanitary and Phytosanirary Reform component, agreement has been reached on the role of the "Centres Polyvalents", and the bidding for the design of these centers and of the Central Office of the "Unite de Protection Sanitaire" is expected to be completed in July 2016. Contracts for three operators for the voucher initiative in the Center/South and for the matching grant in the South have been completed and the contracts are expected to be signed shortly. A implementation support mission has been scheduled for the week of July 11, as well as a mission with field visit for October 2016.
