Q1 2015 US SALES TAX HIGHLIGHTS State Level Standard Rate Change in Q1 2015: No states changed their sales/use tax rates this quarter. State Level Rate (state designated portion of the sales tax rate): Indiana, Mississippi, Jersey, Rhode Island, and Tennessee tied for the highest state sales tax rate at 7.0%. The second highest state sales tax rate was Minnesota at 6.875%. The third highest state sales tax rate was Nevada at 6.85%. The average state sales tax rate was 5.457% in Q1 2015. County Level Rate (county designated portion of the sales tax rate): The highest county sales tax rate was Wrangell, AK at 7.0%. The next highest rate was Petersburg, AK at 6.0%. The third highest county rates were 5.0% in the following authorities: o Juneau, AK o Sitka, AK o Yakutat, AK o Chambers, AL (in unincorporated areas outside of police jurisdictions within the county) o Tuscaloosa, AL (in unincorporated areas outside of police jurisdictions within the county) o Hinsdale, CO o San Juan, CO o Iberville Parish, LA o Orleans Parish, LA o St. Bernard Parish, LA o St. Charles, LA The average county sales tax rate was 1.258% in Q1 2015. City Level Rate (city designated portion of the sales tax rate): The highest city sales tax rate was Kodiak, AK at 7.0%. The second highest city rates were 6.5% in Hoonah, AK and Selawik, AK. The following cities were tied for the third highest city sales tax at 6.0%: o Anderson, AK o Bethel, AK o Buckland, AK o Cordova, AK o Dillingham, AK o Hydaburg, AK o Kotzebue, AK o Thorne Bay, AK o Tuba City, AZ (Navajo Nation) The average city sales tax rate was 1.767% in Q1 2015.

Q1 INTERNATIONAL VAT HIGHLIGHTS COUNTRY LEVEL RATES CHANGES IN Q1 2015 Cape Verde In accordance with Lei no. 77/VIII/2014, the standard rate of 15% was raised to 15.5% and the special rate of 15% was introduced effective 1 January 2015. Ghana In accordance with Ghana s 2015 budget and effective 1 January 2015, a flat tax on real estate was introduced with a rate of 5%. Luxembourg In accordance with Luxembourg s 2015 budget and effective 1 January 2015, a standard rate of 15% increased to 17%, and the reduced rates of 12% and 6% became 14% and 8% respectively. Pakistan In accordance with S.R.O. 1152(I)/2014 and effective 1 January 2015, a rate of 22% was introduced. In accordance with S.R.O. 83(I)/2015 and effective 31 January 2015, the 22% rate increased to 27%. STATE LEVEL RATES CHANGES IN Q1 2015 India - Meghalaya In accordance with Notification No. ERTS (T) 7/2014/61 the standard rate in the India State of Meghalaya increased from 13.5% to 14% effective January 22, 2015.
