Constraints on n oscillation parameters SK Preliminary (sin 2 q 13 =0.219) SK I-IV Dc 2 = c 2 NH c 2 IH = -4.3 Under IH hypothesis, probability to obtain Dc 2 of -4.3 or less is 3.1%(sin 2 q 23 =0.6) and 0.7%(sin 2 q 23 =0.4).
