If a document is not country-specific and is relevant to Consultants in multiple countries, the document will be tagged with all countries. If you select a country filter, that filter will stay in place until you remove it, log out or close your browser. At the bottom of the left-hand navigation, you ll see country filters. Once you select the specific country you want to see, you ll only see documents and assets that are applicable for that country. The default view is currently U.S. HELPFUL HINT: All filters clear once you log out, exit the Library or close your web browser. HELPFUL HINT: Bookmarking a link in your web browser gives you access directly to the document; your country selection is maintained and the most recent version of the document is what you ll see no need to worry about re-saving documents or having outdated versions of documents. Favorites are folders that you can create to tag, organize and collaborate on content. Favorites is the best way to get fast, easy access to the documents you use the most. Favorites also allows you to pick out pieces of content to share specifically as a folder with your Team. When a new version of the document is uploaded, it will override the former document so you will always have the most recent version. Yes, you can edit the name of a folder so that it s tailored and relevant to your audience. CLIPBOARD W H A T I S C L I P B O A R D? The Clipboard is a curated temporary folder you can share outside of the platform which means you can clip and compile specific documents and info for prospects, new Preferred Customers, new downline Team members, or anyone your Team. You can export, save and empty your clipboard. W H Y W O U L D I U S E C L I P B O A R D? Clipboard makes it easier than ever to share only the content that is relevant to a specific audience. For instance, you may have a prospective Preferred Customer who wants to see a product catalog. With Clipboard, you can clip the 2017 Product Catalog and send it to them in just a few clicks or taps. Or, consider when you have a new Consultant join your Team. Clipboard allows you to create an onboarding kit specific to them they may have questions about something specific that may not apply to all the new Consultants on your Team, Clipboard allows you to compile your own content for them based on their needs. No. The Clipboard will not be emptied unless you select Empty the Clipboard to delete content on the Clipboard. You can share the documents on a Clipboard and they will remain on the Clipboard until you empty it. W H A T H A P P E N S I F I D E L E T E M Y C L I P B O A R D?
When you empty a Clipboard, all your clipped files are deleted; unfortunately, there is no way to recover these files. If you want to keep a file long-term for easy access, consider adding it to your Favorites!
