Abstract This study aimed at identifying the perception of workers in the waters company, about the level of organizational communication, and to identify the level of their decision taking ; in addition to knowing the impact of the various dimensions of organizational communication on the decision taking of company employees. The target population of this study is the 457 employees of company. The researcher used the simple random sampling method, with a sample size of 75 employees. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to the chosen sample, but got on return only 45 questionnaire valid for statistical analysis The researcher used several statistical methods to analyze the data, including: descriptive statistics measures, analysis of variance, simple regression analysis,. The study concluded with some important results such as the level of organizational communication in the company as well as the level of decision taking among workers is moderate. The study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of organizational communication with its various dimensions on the decision taking of company employees, where organizational communication explained (58.5%) the changes in the decision taking and the level of changes depending on the value of the modified coefficient of determination R²a. The study reached some important recommendations, such as: The study found the most important recommendations: that the company activating communication between workers and administration and involve them in decision-making, and attention unofficial communication because of its impact on the provision of information to help make decisions.
